“Integrity leaves clues, so does a lack thereof. Your people will remember both.”
This is the third and final episode on what I believe to be 3 essential pillars in business: playing the long game, client care, and being of high integrity.
Today is all about Pillar 3: High-Integrity Business.
To me, high-integrity business is about being values-led. Business decisions and goals are made with your values intact – and, in fact, leading the way. When people come into your space they will know what you’re about because they can feel it. It also means you get to be grounded and clear in your work. You can make hard decisions from a place of ease because you know what’s right for you. And, when people ask you what you’re up to, you know how to answer – and, more importantly, you know why.
It’s time to lead with the real you out in front.
What would happen if you took a calm, long-game perspective, added a high level of care to your offers and the people you are serving, and layered into everything all of your most important/top values? What’s possible for you (and your clients) from that place?!
This is an invitation to call yourself in and figure it out.
This is also an invitation to do so with my help, in a small group of like-minded peers.
My next round of group mentoring/coaching/masterminding is OPEN NOW. It closes tomorrow and we have 2 spots left. If any of these pillars have resonated with you, we might be a great fit to work together! Check out all the details and APPLY HERE. (https://caryngillen.lpages.co/mmgc521/)
