How do you feel?

Is it how you thought you’d feel?

Is it better?  Maybe worse? Or maybe even exactly the same?

Think about it.  Think back to when you were your younger self and you pictured your life.  What did it look like? How did it feel?

Are you #nailingit or are you falling short?

Which ever it is – or anywhere in-between – it’s your choice.

How do I know?  Because I’m psychic!  Or, more likely, I just know that our thoughts create our feelings, and how you think is something that we are in charge of.

Whether we TAKE charge or not, that is another question.

Falling short is optional.  #nailingit is ALWAYS on the table.  You get to choose how you think, how you think creates your feelings, and your feelings are the fuel of your results.  BOOM!

You want to create awesome stuff while feeling good?  Well, you better work on feeling good!

The feeling is the fuel for the creativity!

We want to believe that if we find some proof that we can feel good – THEN we will invest in feeling good.  

But… the opposite is true.  

You have to believe in feeling good in order to feel good. If you can believe it, you can feel it, and then you can create it.

Just another super simple, very hard thing!

That is what I help my clients do.

They want to lose weight so they can feel good.

It doesn’t work like that.

We have to feel good so that we can lose weight.
