“You need people to help you or you’ve shot down your Possibility.”
This quote to me is about vulnerability.
Asking for help is vulnerable.
Asking for a sale is vulnerable.
Hiring someone is vulnerable.
But without vulnerability what is there? A one man show that can only do so much.
So, if you’re serious, and I think you are, I want you to check in on where are you choosing “Safety” over “Vulnerability” because the deal is – when it is fear that is keeping you safe, it’s a lie.
Staying safe out of fear of failure is often mistook for keeping you the same.
It isn’t though. It is eroding every day.
You’re growing or you’re shrinking. Staying the same doesn’t exist.
