There are so many reasons NOT to try, it’ll blow your mind!  Your mind is SO GOOD at finding proof that ending the struggle with food and your body, losing weight, and keeping it off won’t work.

I know, I had them all!

“It never worked before, why would it work now?”

“I suck at diets.”

“I don’t want to be one of those people…”

“I’m okay like this.  I’ll just try and eat healthy and use moderation.”

“I don’t have time right now to dedicate to this, we’re too busy. After _____ I’ll start something.”

Am I right?!

You can totally keep those thoughts and your life will look very similar to what it looks like right now.

The part I’m not sure you see, because I didn’t see it, is that the thoughts themselves are “The Struggle.”  The thoughts are stealing not only your future in a body that feels more like YOU, they are stealing your present!

You don’t get to ask yourself fun questions because you’re so busy asking yourself questions that continue to cause pain, struggle, and frustration with your body!  The goal of “The Struggle” is to keep you STRUGGLING. That’s its job!

Your job is to say “Wait a minute, I have a choice and I want to do different.”
