Lately I’ve been working on awareness and I am a believer! Awareness is IT.

Nothing is as important as the noticing.

When you notice something is happening then you can change it. (You can’t change what you don’t know exists.)
Just being aware of what you are doing is HUGE.

We do things because we either want to feel something or we want to not feel something.

When you overeat, for example, which are you doing? Are you trying to feel something? Or are you trying not to feel something?

See if you can tune in to what you are up to.

If you can, ask yourself “Why?”

Then, keep doing it – again and again. Keep choosing awareness.

Keep choosing yourself.
