I was listening to a podcast the other day and heard something that has really stuck with me:
If you are not evolving you are hiding.
It keeps running through my head. So, what that is telling me is to evolve is the norm, a natural process, the way things go. To not evolve is to hide – to step out of the natural current and sit on the shore.
To watch, but not to be seen.
