Guilt rides in on the shoulders of second-guessing. Power comes after a strong and certain decision has been made.

Want less guilt?  

Make decisions faster – and decide ahead of time not to question yourself.

Want to feel more powerful?  

Plan ahead to quash second-guessing the second you catch yourself doing it.

Think about it – did following yourself around, beating yourself up with different scenarios for the thing that has already happened, help you? At all? Like, even a tiny bit?

Sure, review, learn, get better – but dare I say NEVER second-guess, it’s just brewing up guilt.

The feeling of power moves the needle faster than feeling guilty.
