Caryn Gillen is a trusted coach, advisor and chief of staff for wildly amazing, remarkable humans. She takes the big picture view and asks the unexpected questions, truly helping her clients figure out what’s right for them. Known for her warm but direct manner and laser-like ability to get to the root of the issue, her primary focus is helping clients get what they want, and do life their way, taking the most impactful route. Caryn is a former commercial fisherman and therapist, with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as the following certifications: Professional Co-Active Coach through Coaches Training Institute, a Master Coach through The Life Coach School, and an Equity Centered Leadership Coach. She is also the mom to an 8-year-old future leader and loves returning home to Alaska for the snow, salt and family. And, she is currently building a custom home in Eugene, Oregon.
